RINCON Volunteer form 
Calling all adventurers, storytellers, and champions of camaraderie! Join the exhilarating quest of RINCON, the next Roll Initiative Con!

First of all; Thank you! Thank you for becoming a volunteer! ❤️❤️ because without YOU we couldn't organize RINCON at all; so as Queen of RINCON and all my Knight Commanders we thank you for joining us! 

 So let me tell you how we set up the RINCON volunteering this year; We divided everything in different "kingdoms", each kingdom has its own Knight Commander(KC) and all the volunteers are called Knights! (I mean that's way cooler then being called a volunteer right 😜) 

 You can join a specific kingdom that you feel connected with, or join multiple. If you wish to help hands-on on con day(build up, register, helping etc.) that will be Kingdom Venue. 

 But you can also join other Kingdoms and help before the con day is there. These are the kingdoms and their goals and of course their Knight Commanders. 

If you have any question about something in that kingdom feel free to ask the Knight Commanders.

Kingdom Venue: (IF YOU WANT TO HELP HAND ONS ON THE CON THIS IS THE RIGHT KINDGOM)
 Helping with everything involving the Venue. From hands on on the conday(setting up, register etc.) to making signs, helping with floor plan and more.

Kingdom Vendors: 
Helping with getting the diverse range of vendors on Rincon. 
Status: Open to more Knights! 

Kingdom Activity: 
Helping with planning the activities at Rincon that are extra such as live music, quest, shows and more! 
Status: Open to more Knights! 

Kingdom Events: 
Helping with setting up a cool and diverse program with workshops, speakers, Q&A or meet & greets for the con. 
Status: Open to more Knights! 

Kingdom Live Games: 
Helping with with setting up Live games and making sure there is a great selection of games and happy gm's Status: Closed for more Knights! 

Kingdom Volunteers: 
Helping with recruiting more volunteers and making sure all the volunteers feel heard and being taken care of. 
Status: Open to more Knights! 

Kingdom Communications & Promotions: 
Helping with the communications of RINCON 
Status: Closed for more Knights! 

Kingdom Website: 
Making sure everything on website runs smoothly 
Status: Closed for more Knights! 

Kingdom Charity 
Working on activities for charity(Stichting COC) like the tombola or other crazy ideas! 
Status: Open to more Knights!
