In an effort to continue to streamline our open house events and paperwork completion, we are transitioning to an online option for our transportation and check out form. This form is used to ensure that students are picked up in a safe manner and to ensure that we get them where they need to go in the afternoons. We must have one form for EACH student at Paris City Schools.
