Year 4-8 Orienteering Camp 2021 Entry Form
Camp 10am Saturday 18th December  to 4pm Monday 20th December. Please use this form only for children who will take part in the camp. A separate form for adults who will stay or help with the camp will be sent out to those who register. We would like to have a one to five ratio of adults to children in attendance, and all children attending should have an accompanying adult who is responsible for them (this can be a friend's parent etc)

Would your child like to take part in the optional Adrenalin forest activity on Saturday afternoon. The cost for this is $25 and those taking part must be at least 140cm in height. *
