Class of 2025  Schedule Request Form    

Please select courses that you are interested in taking next year. Course requests will be reviewed by your counselor and evaluated by teachers. High school scheduling reflects student interests, previous testing & classroom performance, teacher recommendation/evaluation, and availability. Every effort is made to find a perfect "fit" for each student but requests are not guaranteed.

AT THE END OF THIS FORM, THERE IS AN AREA FOR YOU TO WRITE SPECIFIC CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS.

Please discuss your choices with your family and review the district handbook prior to making decisions.  
Students who fail to complete registration will be assigned courses by counselors.
