RHECA Owner Survey: 2023 Special Assessment Options
During the Annual Meeting on October 26, 2022, the RHECA Board of Directors communicated that a Special Assessment will be required in 2023 to cover the cost of three essential projects:
  1. Finish foundation waterproofing building 18
  2. Elevator door replacement in building 10
  3. Hydraulic fluid replacement in both elevators
The total cost of these three essential projects is approximately $45,000 and the Special Assessment will be $540 per Unit ($45 per month).

The Board of Directors would like to understand Member preferences for funding two additional projects in 2023. These include the following:
  1. Carpet replacement on the 2nd & 3rd floors in both buildings to match the 1st floor ($40,000)

*2023 monthly fee: $290.00
