2021 Marching Band Consumable Fee Calculator
This form is past due. Newly registering members may complete the form and the student fee will be assessed ini Charms.  

This form will help you make selections that will allow us to calculate the consumable/uniform fees associated with your student. In years past, these items were purchased by families individually but starting in 2020, we consolidated with the competition uniform and started purchasing them for students.  We are using this approach again:
   1) to ensure all fees are communicated clearly at the time of commitment and collected efficiently
   2) to ensure consistency in visual appearance
   3) to ensure every student has the required items needed to participate

You may opt out of purchasing some items if they are already owned by your student. Once purchased, all consumable items will be the property of the student and cannot be returned/refunded.

You will be able to edit your form selections only until May 1, 2021.

Mason Band Boosters will be assessing your student's Consumable/Uniform fixed fee via Charms in May and payment is Due on June 1st prior to mini-band camp. Consistent with our refund policy,  once items have been purchased for your student, they can not be refunded. Payment can be made with Credit Card via Charms (preferred) or by check payable to Mason Band Boosters and dropped off in the Band Drop Box.
