Strategies for Viscom Jobs is a month-long continuing education course that offers comprehensive job search strategies and one-on-one coaching support to help you get your next great job in the design industry. Students will learn about the job search process from start to finish, get real practice with stages of the application process, and gain access to tools like JobScan, Big Interview, YouScience, and Handshake.
This course is completely FREE and is designed for Viscom students who are:
- Planning to take the Internship course within the next couple of semesters
- About to graduate, or recently graduated and trying to land their first dream job
- Looking to re-enter the workforce after a recent layoff or prolonged absence
This class meets for two hours each, two days per week (T/Th) for 4 weeks. Students must complete the required assignments in order to pass the course and meet for 4 weekly 45 minute coaching sessions outside class.
Please note that this course is designed exclusively for Viscom students. All class participants will receive FREE access to take the CliftonStrengths34 Assessment ($60). Use this form to register for the class.
