Art on Main: Business Participation
Fill out this form to express your interest in hosting a vending artist / artists in your business for Cambridge, WI's inaugural 'Art on Main'! Please read through this section in full before filling out the application, it has important event details for all participating businesses to know! The deadline to fill this out and indicate interest is Thursday, February 29th!

Art on Main Event Details
- Dates: Friday August 2nd and Saturday August 3rd, 9:00 - 4:00 pm
- The Artist Walk / Market is just one part of 'Art on Main', which will also include a Plein Air Painting event and competition, and a $100 and under art show @ Art Hub which will open the evening of Friday, August 2nd. 

Art Walk Details:
- Participating artists will be paired with a local business, who will host them for the 2 day event. Businesses will not collect commission on any artist sales. Artists will set up inside of businesses to bring folks into each business. Artist may also be out on the sidewalks, in addition to interior set up. Artists will supply their own tables / booth materials. 
- Artists and businesses will be matched up by Art Hub.
- Dates: Friday August 2nd & Saturday August 3rd. Participating businesses must be open both days. All Artists will also be required to participate both days. 
- There is NO application fee for businesses or artists. If an artist is accepted, they will pay a booth fee of $25. 
- Artists will apply via a separate form.
