2025 Mother's Day Mini Session Pre-registration 
This form is to help Lily of the Valley Photography plan and schedule your 2025 Mother's Day Mini photo session. The Sessions will be held ONLY on Saturday, April 26th from 5:30pm - 6:45pm. Each Session is 15 minutes, and will provide you and your loved ones with some stevia-sweetened herbal tea. In order to properly plan for the right amount of supplies and refreshments, please make sure you answer all questions, and if for whatever reason your group numbers change, please notify Lindsay ASAP At 661-319-0877
