Kate's pick for the Cocktail of the Month is shared with Bottle Club subscribers ahead of each upcoming month (in the same email in which you received the link to this form!) The Cocktail of the Month reveal is also available via our monthly newsletter, website, and social media channels following the first of each month.
Pickup: You can pick up your bottle(s) on THURSDAY the 7th of MARCH 12-4 p OR Fri&Sat 5-10p. Please note that new 2024 Galleria hours are 12-4:00p Wed-Sat, Galleria Local (bar) Fri&Sat 5-10p (starting the 9th).
Housekeeping:
— Bring your bottle in every time you pick up a drink! We will exchange for a clean, full bottle right there. (If this is your first month we will have your bottle ready and waiting.) If you choose to keep your bottle or forget to bring it in there will be a $5 charge for a new bottle.
— Galleria is a small business. If you order your drink and fail to pick it up within the month we will still need to charge you since we need to pay for the materials.
— Need to stop being in the club? No trouble! Just let me know and I’ll take your name off the emails but you can enjoy your Lark bottle forever.
— The Salty Paloma can always be made as a stand in cocktail if you don’t love the flavor of the month. The Paloma contains tequila, grapefruit & lime juice, agave nectar and salt.
