Participation with Community Roots may include but is not limited to the following activities: gardening, digging, weeding, sorting, moving equipment, planting, building, demolishing or traveling to and from the site. I also confirm that I am currently physically able to perform the tasks and participate in the activities I am electing to do and participate in or that I will ask for assistance and notify Community Roots of my specific needs. *
