The Open Math Lab will be offered for students in grades 9-12 taking any math course offered in the high school.  It will be for students who need a refresher from previous math courses or need help with the current math course being taken. It will review material and enrich current material. Students only need their current math textbook and notebook.

*Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday of each week
*2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This program is run as an open lab where students can show up whenever they need assistance without registering.  THIS ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION FORM is ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL NEED TRANSPORTATION.  If a student needs transportation and intends on taking advantage of the open lab, but does not know the exact dates they will be utilizing the program, we still ask that they register to reserve their seat on the bus.  STUDENTS WHO DO NOT NEED TRANSPORTATION DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM; they can show up during the times listed above without notification.  REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR TRANSPORTATION:  Friday, January 7, 2022.
