We are excited to begin STEM & Buds sessions at the 95th Street Naperville Public Library this year. As a great after-school event, STEM & Buds offers more fun activities, competitions, and learning experiences in the sciences. Students who have participated in previous years have the opportunity to continue to grow their projects, ideas, and knowledge through the new curriculum developed each year.
Program Highlights:
Introduction to Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Introduction to Computer Science, Engineering, and Anatomy.
Hands-on experiments in each of the above fields.
Developing Public Speaking and Presenting Skills.
Opportunity to delve deeper into an area of worldly scientific interest with a competitive project.
Access to experienced and successful High School mentor network at the top of their class.
Advice forums on high school classes, tips, and educational future in general.
Sessions begin on Monday, October 30th, 2023.
There will be around 12 sessions total held approximately 2 Mondays every month.
