Working Title
I'm writing a book, but I don't know its name. Here is my general path of the book from my intro:

Being adaptable is a good skill. But, the skill you need is creating or finding an environment you can grow in. You need to adapt the environment to fit you and your dreams.

The first stop on our journey is to see how the definition of success has changed. I’ll discuss why qualifications are overrated, the pressure to adapt to the new environment, and the risks of doing so blindly. I’ll make the case for why we must quit the things that don’t serve us and why the “status quo“ has never been more in flux.

Next, we’ll change our environments to allow ourselves to flourish. First, you’ll answer what it means to flourish. How do you find your why? What do you want for your career? We’ll discover how to create and hold boundaries without sacrificing your reputation, how to automate decision-making and end decision paralysis, and how to create more time by finding innovative ways to support your goals. Lastly, we’ll uncover how authenticity is essential to fulfillment and how to find and cultivate the social support we need to succeed.

In part three, I’ll discuss why changing our environments is not just possible but necessary for a more equitable world. We can learn from disability rights, #DreamMaternity, and other movements that have increased flexibility and empowerment for all. In this section, I’ll also outline a plan to help you stay accountable to yourself and your goals.
