NPL West Pre-Registration Form-GIRLS
THIS FORM IS FOR TEAMS Applying to join the NPL West. Only one form needed per club

SoCal Premier is excited to present the 2021-22 season of the Girls NPL West qualifying league for the US Club Soccer Regional and National Championships. This league is an automatic qualifier for the US Club Soccer National Championships. This league is open to ALL clubs in Southern California who have top girls teams who can compete at the NPL level. Clubs do NOT have to have a team in every age group, however, that is encouraged!

FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY April 15

After filling out this form we will review it and send you a confirmation of acceptance into the league.

Once accepted:
  Instructions will be given
  You will receive an invoice from the league to pay a deposit
  Your spot will be saved once the DEPOSIT ($250 per team) has been paid

2021-22 Team Fee
  U23 - $750 (10-14 games May-July 2021)
Youth
  15U-19U - $1500 (12-14 games) - includes 1 showcase weekend in Spring 2022
  13U-14U - $1250 (16-18 games)
  11U-12U - $1000 (16-18 games)

Other Costs:
  Player Registration Fee - $25 youth ($35 adult) per player (directly to US Club Soccer)
  Team Bond - Included in the Team Fee

Referee fees - These will be collected up front and paid for by SoCal Premier. Referees will NOT be paid on the field.

All other costs are the responsibility of the club. Player registration will be done directly with US Club Soccer through the SportsEngine portal.

ALL 11U-12U teams that compete in the NPL West are eligible to compete in the following:
  US Club Soccer Regional Championships
  - SoCal Premier will cover the entry fee for the for the qualifying team(s)

The top two 13U-19U teams will qualify for the US Club Soccer National Championship
  US Club Soccer Regional Championships, June 2021
  USCS National Championships, July 2021
  - SoCal Premier will cover the entry fee for the qualifying team(s)

GIRLS League format will be as follows:
  15-19U - Fall September start through end of November. Spring start March - May*
  11-14U - September through May
  (12-14 teams per age group) - Everyone will get 22-26 games.
  * Teams are allowed up to 3 reschedules to allow for open weekends to compete in top
  tournaments/showcases
