To be considered for admission into Early College High School, you must complete this application with parental consent and be a resident of the City of Waterbury. You must request two teachers to provide you with recommendation letters.

Due to high interest and competition for a limited number of slots, incomplete applications will not be accepted.

**Admission is contingent upon successful completion of Grade 8, receipt of a completed application, review of rubric score on the essay and interview, and review of student's academic and discipline records.
