Popcorn Machine Rental Contract

This contract outlines the terms and conditions for renting a popcorn machine from (Lawton Inflatables). A $50 deposit and a signed proposal are required to reserve the machine and date for your event. The full balance is due on the day of pickup.

The rental period is for 72 hours from pickup to drop-off at our location. If the machine is returned late, there will be a $25 late fee per day, up to 120% of the total replacement cost of the machine.

As part of the rental, you will receive 3 bags of popcorn and 10 plastic cups. We do not provide delivery or pickup services for the machine.

You are responsible for ensuring the machine is returned in clean condition. If the machine is not returned clean, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $19.99.

You, as the lessee, are responsible for providing the necessary electrical outlet and power source for the machine and for supervising the machine during its use.

You agree to indemnify and hold (Lawton Inflatables) harmless from any claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the equipment.

You acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to abide by them.
