Welcome to this 20 hour virtual program to learn and practice the skills of teaching meditation & mindfulness. Infuse the way you teach with new inspiration and more grounding tools. This intensive is for anyone who is in a helping profession and wants to add more practices for presence into their daily work. It’s also an ideal course for yoga teachers wishing to go beyond the physical postures and sprinkle in more meditation + breathwork throughout classes or in longer workshops.

Carolyn has been guiding yoga + meditation trainings, retreats & corporate events worldwide for over 13 years. She has studied with Adyashanti, Reggie Ray and Tara Brach: some of the most influential teachers in the West today (of the Buddhist Vipassana Movement & Zen). She’s had the privilege of sharing mindfulness tools through various platforms: Insight Timer, Wanderlust Festivals, lululemon, Love Your Brain, Mala Collective and many more. With Carolyn, you’ll discover tools for the nervous system and mind through mindfulness + meditation and healing breathing techniques.

  • 20 min one-on-one Zoom meeting with Carolyn (following the training)
  • Attend any future 2 hour class/workshop with Carolyn as a guest

ABOUT CAROLYN...

Carolyn Anne Budgell (BA, ERYT 200, Kula 75, Prenatal, Yin) discovered yoga in 1999 as a ski bum in Whistler. She is now mainly a meditation guide (and lifelong student!). She has been guiding yoga + meditation trainings, retreats & corporate events worldwide for over 13 years. Carolyn has had the privilege of sharing mindfulness and yoga tools through various platforms: Insight Timer, Wanderlust Festivals, lululemon, Love Your Brain, Mala Collective and many more. Most recently, her personal studies have taken her into the worlds of breathwork, yin, traumatic brain injury and end-of-life support. Thanks to her guides Ana Forrest, Michelle St Pierre, Tara Brach, Schuyler Grant and Clara Roberts-Oss, she now leads from an inviting, relatable, and lighthearted place. She passionately encourages others to remember that it’s never too late to breathe deeply, to grow, and to change.
