2025 Artisan Area Application
Notice: You are applying to be an artisan vendor for Saturday, September 6, 2025. 

Application must be completed entirely prior to submission. We cannot guarantee amenities or space if accurate information is not provided.

  • Artists will be responsible for providing his or her own tables and props. There is a $50 nonrefundable fee for a 12 x 12 space. Payment is required to reserve your space, otherwise your space will not be reserved. Any deviation from the assigned space will result in a fine of $5 per foot.

  • Your booth space will not be assigned, it will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to allow you a convenient set-up, we will have people posted to assist you in locating your space. Set-up time will begin at 6:30 a.m. and is to be completed by 9 a.m. Check-in will be at the Chamber of Commerce building located on Second Street. We do not have the ability to provide electrical service to crafters. If you use a generator, we must be notified in advance.

Vendor understands that they have 15 days from the emailed invoice from the Ayden Collard Festival Board to remit payment. If the payment is not remitted in that time, the vendor may forfeit their spot.

The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless: Ayden Collard Festival, Inc, the town of Ayden, any officer, board member, staff or person involved with the Ayden Collard Festival, for any or all damages to persons and properties resulting from acts of God, loss, theft or vandalism, or any injury or medical emergency. Further: Ayden Collard Festival Inc. or the town of Ayden, and all others mentioned above shall be held harmless from any cause of action, claim or petition, filed in any court or administrative tribunal, arising out of said event, including all costs, attorneys’ fees, judgements or awards. The undersigned hereby also agrees to be totally responsible for all liability while participating in this event and abide by all rules or laws of the town of Ayden, County of Pitt, and State of N.C.
