Dryad is calling for nominations for the inauguration of a Scientific Advisory Committee. Dryad was founded by researchers and continues to be community-led. To further Dryad's connection and alignment with the diverse needs and community of researchers, Dryad is thrilled to create a new expert committee to provide guidance on strategic directions or decisions for Dryad from the perspective of the research community. This group will meet quarterly, provide feedback on strategic plans or initiatives and be an advocate for Dryad as well as relay community concerns to Dryad’s leadership.

As Dryad's current and future users include a broad diversity of individuals, disciplines of study, geographies, career stages and backgrounds, this Scientific Advisory Committee will reflect that global and diverse perspective, and operate using inclusive participation practices. Below, please nominate individuals who you think would provide a good perspective for Dryad and are current or emerging leaders in their field of study, open data or open science. Please also consider voices that may not already be represented in other committees or in the open science community.
