Please fill out this form if you plan to attend the Center City Scavenger Hunt event on 4/21/24. We will meet at 1:00 in Rittenhouse Square (in the middle by the fountain) and the program will end at Jeni's Ice Cream at 19th and Chestnut. There is no charge for this event, but please make sure to bring money for ice cream, etc.

We're also asking for your help in collecting the following items for refugees on behalf of HIAS-PA. If you are able, please bring to the Scavenger Hunt:

URGENT NEED - (Please do not include travel size/sample size/hotel products) -

Adults:

● Individually wrapped toothbrush

● toothpaste

● deodorant

● 1-2 bars of soap

● 1-2 razors

● bottle of shampoo

● comb or brush

● 5 menstrual pads

Kids:

● kid friendly toothpaste

● kid friendly shampoo

● kid friendly body wash

● comb or brush

● a fun little toy/stickers - (optional)
