African-American Parent Survey 
We cordially invite you to help us gather important data from the perspective of a parent of an African-American student in Rialto Unified School District.  Your input is critical to the success of this survey.  We count it an honor to have your honest thoughts and feedback.  The information will be used to create better outcomes for our African-American students.  After this survey, we will also select several parents across the district to participate in a small focus group discussion. If you have multiple students in the district, please answer for all of your scholars  Thank you in advance for your time!
