Junior Youth Action (JYA) is an intensive, two year student operated mentorship & leadership development program that produces socially responsible leaders in Philadelphia.

The program involves 1-2 sessions per month centered on exposing middle school youth to value of leadership & service. In addition, educational field trips focused on leadership and volunteerism are part of the JYA experience.

JYA operates twice a month (sometimes three times a month) on Saturdays from September - May on the University of the Sciences campus in the West Philadelphia area. The program is for students entering the 7th & 8th grades in the Fall.
