Summer MDO 2024
Registration for summer MDO is OPEN! 

If you are interested in registering your child, please fill out the form below. If you are registering for more than one child, fill out a separate form for each child.  Filling out this form does not guarantee a place in the program or guarantee a spot for the Fall 2024 semester. 

Our program hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00-1:30. 

Summer semester will be one flat fee. This will include the tuition for June and July and the supply fee. This does NOT include the $100 non-refundable registration fee. 

  • 4 Days - $700
  • 3 Days- $525
  • 2 Days- $360
