Summer 2024 - Residence Hall Chapel Reservation Form - RL Summer Housing
This is the official form to reserve residence hall chapel spaces during the summer housing operation session, which begins the Monday following Commencement until the second week of August. Summer groups residing in a hall have first priority in regards to reserving the chapel space within the hall. If multiple groups are residing in the hall at the same time, first priority will be given as to when the form is submitted.

Note: All other chapel spaces, outside of the residence halls, are still managed either by Campus Ministry, or the main programs within those other buildings. Please work with persons or departments who oversee those other chapel spaces in buildings (that are not residence halls) on campus.  

If You Have 3 or Less Chapel Reservations:  

If you have 3 or less reservations, you will submit all of these and details through the form with no need to upload an Excel document. 

 If You Have More than 3 Chapel Reservations:

If your group has more than 3 reservations to send through, please acknowledge and follow up sending along your bulk of chapel reservations to summer@nd.edu AND residentiallife@nd.edu.

Any request to use the residence hall chapel requests must go through this form, and this form should be completed and reservation approved before going further with any plans. Those outside of the university must work with an internal Notre Dame representative to complete this form. We do ask for a FOAPAL in the case damage or other incidentals occur during the reservation time a group has requested.

Please note there may be maintenance projects happening to the chapel space in the hall you may be residing in over the summer, so please indicate a second and third choice for preparation.
