We are keen to get as much information as possible in order to start the transition process swiftly, and to be ready for your child starting at Kings Furlong Junior School.

Before starting please can you ensure you have the following information available:
- Contact details for: parent(s) and the name and phone number of 1 or 2 emergency contacts (who aren't parents)
- Contact details for: doctors surgery and previous schools
- National Insurance numbers for parent(s) if you may be eligible for free school meals or Pupil Premium

If your child is not joining us from Kings Furlong Infant School, please can you visit the school office with copies of your child's birth certificate/passport and two types of proof of the address used in your application (such as a recent household bill, a bank statement or credit card statement, or in the case of a house move, a solicitor's letter confirming exchange or a signed rental agreement).
