- Sponsors bring donations for VIP bags, author swag bags, and charity silent auction (announcement will be made)

Saturday, August 10, 2024 - Book Signing ends at 2:30pm

- Table Registration and set up 8am-9:30am

- VIP readers early entry 10am

-General Ticket Holders entry 11am

-games, charity silent auction & books galore!

Saturday, August 10, 2024 - Blue Moon Buffet Dinner & After Party

-Pink Lady/T-Bird VIP Sponsors set up 4:30pm

-Dinner registration & social at 5pm

-Dinner & Blue Moon Buffet Dinner 6pm-11pm

-photobooth, cocktails, games

-All ticket fees will be paid in your currency

-VIP includes your spot reserved at the Welcome Meet & Greet, early entry into the book signing, VIP swag bag, and Blue Moon Buffet Dinner Party.

-General tickets include entry into the book signing only

-Discounted room rates for registered IYSAE guests with booking link (limited quantity)

-Starbucks, Orchid Café, Ginko Restaurant, Social Bar & Loft (Meet & Greet location), pool, hot tub, business and fitness centre, gift shop, SPA (Yes! You read that right, a spa!!!)
