Congratulations! Your student(s) has registered to be part of the EHS spring musical, The Addams Family! All members of the cast, crew and pit orchestra MUST take the following actions BEFORE January 24:
1. Complete the Student Registration form (please check with your student to make sure they have already completed this), AND
2. Complete this Parent Information Form for each student participating in the show, AND
3. Pay the $20 participation fee (per participant) and any additional memberships, services or merchandise, available below.

THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE EHS MUSICAL IS $120. THIS SPRING ONLY, WE ARE ABLE TO DEFRAY THAT COST BY $100/STUDENT. If you have more than one student participating in the show, please complete this form for ALL students.
