To the Graduating Class of 2021,

Are you excited for your high school graduation? Completing high school is an important milestone, and The Princess Shop would like to be a part of ensuring that all female-identified, and gender expansive youth and individuals and individuals in Saskatchewan have the opportunity to celebrate this accomplishment.

The Princess Shop is a nonprofit organization based in Saskatoon, serving the Province of Saskatchewan. Female-identified individuals graduating from high school have the opportunity to be lent a graduation dress, accessories, shoes, etc. donated by members of our community, since the financial commitment to prepare for this special day can be very challenging. In Saskatoon, Grade 12 Princess Graduates also have access to services such as makeup, hair, photos, and more! The Princess Shop has expanded to now include a mentorship program and scholarship and skill development program, which we will tell you about at your appointment!

Step 3: A representative of The Princess Shop will call you to set up an appointment. Please note, due to Covid-19 we are currently uncertain when Dress Appointments will begin. We hope to find the perfect dress for every graduating student who would benefit from our services, and are excited to be a part of your graduation experience! Statement of Understanding: I understand that the Princess Shop will accommodate me to the best of ability, and that I have provided complete information to support the registration. I also understand that there is a guarantee of full program participation and opportunity if I have provided my complete registration at minimum 6 weeks in advance of my graduation date. Dress Deposit Policy: At the beginning of the dress appointment we require a $40.00 cash deposit. Dress deposits will be reimbursed in full when the dress is returned within 60 days of the graduation date. The dress deposit also covers the ability to borrow shoes, jewelry and other accessories available at The Princess Shop. Cash only please. If this amount is a barrier for you, please let the volunteer that calls you before your appointment know and we will come to a solution.
