This is a safe and warm space where you get to dive deeper into one or two areas of your life where you want more of *you* to come to light.Â
Some of the areas we can work on are: feeling more confident and speaking up at work, showing up on social media, creating a podcast/YouTube channel, starting a passion project, feeling more comfortable and confident in general, staying accountable for your goals, etc.Â
Everything you want to be is within you.Â
All you have to do is create safety within your body to let yourself shine.Â
In this container, you create this safety by:
