In some regions of Italy they have a tradition known as Caffe Pagato — in the cafes and bars locals routinely prepay coffees for those who can’t afford it so that no person in need of an espresso will go without one! This kindness inspired Earth + Sky to create our own tradition called Massagi Pagati where together with the community we raise money to sponsor massage for those in need.
