Keep It Moving
Enrolment form for Keep It Moving. Keep It Moving is a 3 week group coaching programme that aims to help people improve their relationship with exercise in a way that doesn't focus on dieting or weight loss. It's a short, dynamic course with 3 interactive workshops.

The course is for anyone who is wanting to build a long-term relationship with exercise and movement based on self-care, health improvement, health support, and enjoyment.

It may feel especially helpful to people who are no longer motivated to exercise by potential weight loss or dieting, but who may be unsure how to reframe exercise without the old narrative of wanting to be smaller but feel ready to begin exercising again. This course aims to help people define what types of exercise will be helpful to their indivdual circumstances, helps people to reframe exercise, and supports people in setting goals and building habits around exercise.

COURSE AIMS
To help you explore your current relationship with exercise and identify the areas you’d like to improve.
To provide information around the benefits of regular activity and the different types of movement available.
To guide you in reframing the way you think or feel about exercise.
To support you in building a habit with exercise and physical activity.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

- Access to 6 pre-recorded 30 minute exercise classes, including a body weight and kettlebell class.  
- 3 x weekly 60-90 minute group workshops via zoom every Thursday at 7:00pm BST (workshops will be recorded and links will be sent if you can't make it to the live event)
- Weekly downloadable guide covering information from the weekly workshop + journal prompts and affirmations.
- Access to Slack chat for community support.
