Before booking, please be aware of the following:
* We only provide Away Retreats to NKT-IKBU Centres and their communities.
* Away retreats rent accommodation and meditation hall for their own private retreat, all food is part of centre kitchen function we do not offer additional catering,
* To reserve your space and accommodation a 25% deposit is required.
* Away centre retreats pay in full as a one time fee direct to Tara Centre, we do not run admin for individual deposits.
* If you need to cancel you must do so at the latest 4 weeks prior to retreat, after this your deposit is non-refundable.
* On arrival we will provide a suitable onboarding time (usually 4-6pm) to greet and show people to their rooms, and discuss with the coordinator the retreat.
* If you require supper on the arrival day please let us know.
* We allow people to arrive/leave a day before/after, additional fees are charged and must be part of this booking.
* Once we have this booking we will be in touch to discuss.
