U18 Victorian Ultimate Teams 2021 - Player Expression of Interest Form
This form is for those who are interested in trying out for the Under-18 Victorian Ultimate Teams - who will be competing at the 2021 Australian Youth Ultimate Championships (AYUC) on the 3th-5th July 2021. There will be two Victorian teams to compete across the Women's and Men's divisions.

ELIGIBILITY
Players must be 14 years old or older and must be 18 years of age or under as of December 31st 2021 (You have to born in 2003 or later).

COME & TRY SESSIONS
Beginning on 21st of March, the Victorian coaches will be running 'Come To Try' sessions for anyone interested in learning more about how to play the sport. Skills or experience aren’t necessary. Turn up and have some fun in the sun!

When: 21st and 28th of March
Where: Albert Park Oval 1 (https://goo.gl/maps/JPmEB2mxJi8qsoi28) - Short walk from stops for the 3, 16 and 96 trams
Time: 1pm - 4pm
What to bring: Water bottle, running shoes, and a friend!

Interested players are encouraged to attend these sessions before the selection events.

SELECTION EVENTS
When: 18th of April
Where: Albert Park Oval 14/15 (https://goo.gl/maps/NoTDm1afDqyfMeLs9) - Opposite of the pit stop, short walk from 96 tram stop 130 or 131
Time: 1pm - 4pm

You will receive communications from Team Staff before the 'come and try' and selection events so complete the EOI form to stay informed with any updates.
If you cannot attend the selection due to various reasons, and still wish to be included in the selection of the teams, team Staff will contact you with potential extra opportunities to tryout for the teams.

CORONAVIRUS
We are experiencing some uncertain days and therefore we cannot 100% ensure the events listed above will be running as scheduled. Team Staff will be working with Ultimate Victoria closely and provide updated information to the athletes frequently in regards to the situations. Fill out the EOI below so that the Team Staff can provide transparent communication effectively and efficiently during this uncertain times.
