TCNJ’s School of Humanities and Social Sciences is comprised of 11 departments which offer majors in African American Studies, Anthropology, Criminology, English, History, International Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Spanish, Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies, and World Languages and Linguistics.  For students interested in secondary Education, we also offer majors in English Secondary Education and History Secondary Education with specialization in Urban or Special Education, and we support dual majors in our major areas with Elementary Education, Special Education, and Urban Education.  

We are excited to offer Meet & Greet office hours with the Dean’s Office on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:30 to 1:30 pm in the Social Sciences Building, 3rd floor, room 331 between September 14 and December 17.  Please come by after the 10 am Admissions tour or before the 2 pm tour.  This is a unique opportunity to connect directly with TCNJ’s School of HSS to have your questions answered while on-campus.
