Youth Pride 2022: Vendor Registration
Youth Pride is a festival aimed to celebrate LGBTQ youth in a sober, family friendly space. Every year, Youth Pride has provided LGBTQ youth an opportunity to interact with community resources, meet other LGBTQ youth, and have fun with a multitude of activities. This event is free for the community to attend.

Funds raised during Youth Pride are used to continue programs provided by  LGBTQ SAVES all year long. To learn more about programming we provide, visit lgbtqsaves.org/programs.

Event begins at 1PM CST on Saturday, October 8th, and ends at 4PM CST on Saturday, October 8th. 

Vendors must adhere to the following schedule on the day of the event:
  • 10:00 am: Earliest arrival time. Must check in with LGBTQ SAVES vendor coordinator before setup.
  • 12:00 pm: Check-in complete.
  • 12:45 pm: Complete booth setup, and all vendor vehicles moved from the front of the building. 
Vendors are not permitted to open or close early.
  • The event runs from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
  • Vendors who open or close early will not be allowed to return to any subsequent events.

Vendor Policies and Expectations: 

The sale, display, distribution, or use of alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis products is prohibited.
• Vendors shall not display or sell any items that may be considered offensive, obscene, or of an adult nature.
  • All conversations, displays, marketing collateral, and messaging must be G-rated.
  • LGBTQ SAVES leadership is the final adjudicator of appropriateness.
  • Vendor may be asked to remove items and/or amend messaging, conduct, etc. by LGBTQ SAVES leadership.
  • Any vendor that fails to comply promptly when approached will be asked to leave immediately.
• Vendors are not required to be members of the LGBT+ community; however, all vendors must be supportive allies.
• All vendors are requested to have an interactive activity at their booth. Small complimentary giveaways are acceptable. 


Any vendors who have not paid their booth fee ($50 + Door Prize) in full by October 2nd, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
