Application for MCDM Competition

Requirements:
Ages 8+ only

Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, or Lyrical solo - You are required to have been on Company at least one season prior, and are currently on Company. Required to be taking Ballet and/or style competing in. Must schedule 30 minute Solo rehearsal separate of group class once per week, or 45 minute solo rehearsal every other Saturday. Soloist is required to have been taking competing style at least 2 seasons prior to, and/or Ballet.

Tap or Hip Hop solo - You are required to have danced at MCDM at least one season prior to competing season. Required to be taking group class of style competing in. Must schedule 30 minute Solo rehearsal separate of group class once per week. Jazz and/or Ballet is strongly encouraged for your success. Soloist is required to have been taking competing style at least 2 seasons prior to, and/or Ballet.

Soloist must be able to learn their solo choreography by November 30th to be eligible to compete within the current dance season.
