iFishiBelong Borrowed Equipment Contract

We appreciate your participation in the iFishiBelong Borrowed Equipment program. As part of our ongoing efforts to build a comprehensive gear closet for individuals attending the fishing events, we request you to complete the form below to borrow equipment. Please note the following:

  • Limited Quantities - First Come, First Borrow - Please be aware that we have a limited quantity of borrowed equipment available for the fishing events, and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-borrow basis. While we will strive to accommodate as many participants as possible, please understand that availability is limited. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to providing a positive experience for all participants.
  • Borrowed Equipment Contract Required - Please note that you will be asked to agree to the "iFishiBelong Borrowed Equipment" contract in a question below.
  • Equipment Return Date and Time - In the event that you are unable to return the equipment on the designated date due to the DIY Fishing Event host's travel schedule, you will be required to promptly ship the equipment back to iFishiBelong at your own expense. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged for shipping. Ship to iFishiBelong, 3211 W Alice Avenue, Spokane WA 99205.

Responsibility for Care: Do you agree to exercise reasonable care and diligence in handling the borrowed equipment? This includes but is not limited to avoiding damage and ensuring the equipment is returned in the condition they were received.

Return Date and Time: Do you agree to return the equipment at the specified time and location after the  events per the travel schedule of the iFishiBelong host.

If you cannot return the equipment on the designated date due, then you agree to promptly shipping the equipment back to iFishiBelong at your own expense. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged for shipping.

Liability and Indemnification: Do you agree and assume all risks and liabilities of using the borrowed equipment? iFishiBelong shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred for using the equipment.

Replacement Costs: Do you agree to bear the full cost of repair or replacement in the event of damage or loss to the borrowed equipment due to negligence or intentional misconduct?

Agreement Acknowledgement: By stating yes to the above questions, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by the contract.
