Thank you for your interest in presenting a program for the 2025 Northwest Interlibrary Loan & Resource Sharing conference! This will be a hybrid conference taking place at the University of Oregon in Portland, OR and online September 9th-11th, 2025. Our theme this year is
"Resource Sharing Reimagined: Innovation, Access, and Collaboration in a Changing World."
Session options are:
- Pre-recorded lightning round presentations, 10-15 minutes
- Live presentation, including time for questions, 45 minutes
- Live panel, including time for questions, 60 minutes
- Workshop, 1 hour 45 minutes
The conference committee considers proposals with anonymous judging, so any information identifying the presenter(s) or their institution(s) will be removed for this process. Please check that your proposal will still be coherent with identifying information removed from its title and description.
This form needs to be completed in its entirety, so please check that you have all the information required.
