Thank you for your time! Congrats on your first step to portrait modeling. Some questions below just help the team get an understanding of your background and what we are working with. 

This form is hosted by Kevin Harris and Chalice Meikle. They host weekly Wednesdays at The VAPA Center, located in uptown Charlotte. You can find all of our upcoming dates here. With the Charlotte Portrait Group we promise to pay our models $25 per hour, thats $75 per session. 
The schedule goes:
1st Wednesday 2 - 5 pm 
2nd Wednesday 2 - 5 pm  
3rd Wednesday 6 - 9 pm
4th Wednesday 6 - 9 pm
