Scholarships for Guatemalan Children Ornament Sale at Wesley United Methodist Church

To place an order, please completely fill out this form by Friday, December 11. Each ornament is $5. After filling out the form, please calculate your total. Please send a check made out to the Wesley United Methodist Women to Wesley UMC, 503 North High Street Morgantown, WV 26505. Please write "ornament sale" in the memo. Your ornaments will be available for pickup on Sunday, December 13 from 12:00-1:00. You may also pick your ornaments up from the church office starting on Monday, December 14. Make sure you click SUBMIT!
