Birthday Party Information

Rental Fee:  $250  includes 2 hours of playtime (15 minutes of set up prior to party)

$100 reservation fee is required to book party.  If party is cancelled 30 days ahead of time, $100 fee may be applied to future party within year.  If party is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, $100 deposit will be forfeited.

Each child participating in play must have a signed waiver completed upon entrance to party.

Party includes use of Sensory Gym, Kitchen, Lobby Area, and Bathrooms.  There is a large table in kitchen for use.  Additionally, seating will be provided in lobby for children. A gift table will also be provided. 

Party is limited to 15 kids, including siblings (Ages 0-8)

Add Ons

For an additional $75, decorations including a themed banner, table cloth for food and gift table, and plates, napkins, utensils and cups can be provided.  If you choose this option, we need 30 days notice.

For an additional $75, pizza and drinks can be provided for afternoon parties or donuts and drinks for morning parties (Up to 15 kids).  Drinks will include Water, Fruit Punch and Ice.

Rules for Parties:

 No food or drink allowed in Play Space/Sensory Gym.  All food must remain at tables in designated areas.

Outside food and drinks are allowed.  No alcohol allowed.  If you do bring your own food/drinks, ice/food storage  is not provided.

Adults are not allowed on any play equipment.  

Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervision of children at all times.  Safety is our #1 goal, fun is our #2 goal.

All equipment set up for party needs to remain in place at all times.  Please notify GSG staff of any needs/problems. 

Clean up food area will occur 30 minutes prior to party time departure.  All items unused need to be placed in trash.  

Prompt departure at end of party time is required.
