Dear Food Vendor Friends,

We are once again excited to be planning the Victorian Day 2024!
BAHS welcomes all return vendors to join us in this year’s celebration.

The parade begins at 11am and ends at Noon. The festival will continue until approximately 2:30pm.
The Bon Air Christian Church has graciously agreed to open their doors again to the community and
allow the festival to take place on their grounds at 2071 Buford Road.

All attempts will be made to reserve the same spot as last year, if desired. If you have a request for a
spot, please include below with your tent size.  This is a rain or shine event, please come prepared. Someone
can be available at the church as early as 8:30 am to show you your designated spot. There will be
numbered wood plaques on the ground designating the spots. Your number will be confirmed prior to
the parade day. The registration fee for this year’s event is $40.00. 

All vendors are responsible for paying all sales tax on items sold. Vendors should bring with them tables
or equipment necessary to operate. The BAHS will provide cardboard trash receptacles and plastic bag
liners. BAHS kindly requests that vendors clean up their booth area when the festival has drawn to a
close. Please leave the site as clean as you found it at the end of the day. Due to concerns of guests
tripping over extension cords, please remember that electricity will not be available to our vendors.

 
Below is the food vendor registration form. Please complete and instructions are below where to send the $40 fee by May 1st.  If you do not intend to participate in Victorian Day this year, please let Julie by text or
email as soon as possible so we can notify other vendors on our waiting list.
