This event is for returning New Culture attendees and new folks who are sponsored by returning attendees.  (Sponsoring involves making sure the new person is a good fit for the event, and giving a basic orientation to the event, the space, and New Culture principles such as consent/boundaries and co-creation.) *

Estimated arrival. (The event officially starts Friday after dinner.) *

Carpools.  We will provide some help on finding carpools but are not guaranteeing anyone a ride.  If you can give or need a ride, please click the appropriate box(es) and also give your location in the "other" line.
Housing. *
Would you like Abrams Creek to provide sheets and towels for you? *
Food.  We will have self-serve breakfasts and simple group lunches and dinners that are vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options (but not keto or low-carb).  If you have food allergies or other food needs, we encourage you to bring your own food. *
Food prep and clean-up.  We will be sourcing cooking teams for lunches and dinners from the participants.  Cooks will be following simple recipes.  Please indicate whichever items are true for you.
Program cost. We will be creating a simple program that will also include offerings from participants.  We're asking for a sliding scale contribution of $20-$200 – your donation here will support people who need financial aid for the weekend, as this event is generating its own financial aid.  Please enter here the amount you will be contributing. *
Are you willing to follow the COVID protocol for the event?

Please reduce exposure for 5 days before the event by masking in public spaces and avoiding crowded indoor activities like dances, raves, eating in restaurants, etc.

Please take an antigen test each of the 2 days before arrival and on arrival (for example: Wednesday and Thursday, for Friday arrival).

Please take an antigen test on arrival at the event.

We may ask for antigen tests each day you are onsite as well. We have tests here.

Would you like to lead a session during the weekend? Some ideas might include hiking, storytelling, a drum circle, and authentic relating games.
