The Hubbard Ohio Farmers' Market highlights local farmers, bakers, and makers.
Application Deadline: June 1, 2021. You will be notified if you are approved after the Farmers’ Market Committee reviews your application, by Friday, June 4, 2021. If accepted, you will receive a PayPal invoice for payment. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT PRIOR TO BEING APPROVED. If you prefer to pay by check, make them payable to : HUBBARD FARMERS’ MARKET and after approval, you can mail to 6365 Youngstown-Hubbard Road, Hubbard, Ohio 44425.
Logistics: Each week, you may begin to set-up at 9:30am. Please be set up no later than 10:45am. Vendors must stay until the closing of the market at 3pm. To establish consistency and ensure safety, NO EARLY TEARDOWNS. Please provide your own tent, tent weights, tables and chairs. If you are unable to attend a market day, contact Joel Evans, the market manager, at (330) 307-1325. Refunds are not issued.
Farmers/Food Vendors: All Farmers/Food Vendors must have applicable licensing & liability certificates as required by the County Health Department. All products must be made by you or grown locally. You are responsible for the safety of your own product. Farmers and food vendors should be additionally licensed to cover any liability related to the use and/or consumption of their product.
Artisans: All items listed must be produced by you and approved by the market jury. Examples of your work are required. Please email photos to
hubbardohiofarmersmarket@gmail.com Amateur Bakers: If you bake out of your home but do not have a food license and wish to participate, you can apply. You must follow Ohio Cottage Food Laws; labeling requirements, etc. There are select items that you can sell without a food license and others you cannot, like canned foods, etc. Please reference Cottage Food Laws to see if you are eligible. The Market will be held rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued. If the weather is severe or hazardous, the market will close at the discretion of the Hubbard Farmers’ Market Committee.
