This form is intended for parents/guardians wishing to enroll their child in the Ringing Rocks Rink Ratz program. The program is for children ages 13 - 17. Children will need a membership to be allowed into Ringing Rocks Roller Rink without a parent/guardian present after 4pm. There is no fee to become a Rink Ratz member!
