Interested congregations will form a Support Team (3 people) to represent the wishes of the body. This team is a group of passionate people who will lead their faith community through the Welcoming & Affirming Journey.

Once you complete this form, a Harmony representative will respond to you via email concerning next steps. In the meantime, please establish your Support Team to expedite the next step once you are contacted. (As a reminder, the Support Team consists of 3 individuals max. You may choose to serve on this team or not - it's completely up to you.) The Support Team will be enrolled in a required online, self-paced training to bring them up to speed about how the program will work.
