Meal Pick-Up Form
Please complete this form if you intend to pick up meals for your child(ren). Breakfast and Lunch is available for any District child up through age 18. Meals can be picked up on Mondays & Wednesdays at the HS Gym entrance from 3:30-5:30 pm. You will be able to pick up both breakfast and lunch at these times.  Orders need to be placed the Friday by 1:00 pm prior to pick up.  Please contact Rebecca Jaros-Food Service Director at wilmington@thenutritiongroup.biz for any questions.
