I want to opt in to the Geo Web's SourceCred distributions and understand that I am responsible for calculating and paying my own taxes according to my tax jurisdiction. *
I understand that if I earn >$600 (USD equivalent) in any calendar year that I will need to provide a W-9 or W-8 BEN to the Geo Web team before being paid out, so that they can maintain US tax compliance. *
Provide a PUBLIC Ethereum wallet address (will start with 0x followed by 40 alphanumeric characters) to receive your payments. *
We recommend using a non-custodial wallet address, but if you wish to use an exchange address make sure it won't change and it accepts multi-collateral DAI (an ERC-20 token). Payments are made on ETH mainnet unless otherwise arranged.
Double check and enter your payment address again. We can't do take-backs on payments to wrong addresses! *
