All time requests must be received by the Draws Administrator by Friday, 23rd April.  Time requests will only be accepted if made by the School Netball Coordinator and MUST be for netball reasons and are only for MONDAY or WEDNESDAY games.

Terms & Conditions
Time requests are for specific netball reasons, that is to help with coach/umpire/player conflicts within our competition.  The are NOT for teams who wish to elect a perferred playing time for non netball reasons, ie football or ballet.

No one should be entering the competition unless they can commit to the following hours when games will be scheduled:
Primary     Monday         4.00pm-5.45pm
                   Wednesday   4.00pm-7.10pm

Hibiscus Coast  Wednesday 3.45pm-7.00pm
                            Thursday 3.45-6.00

Primary schools are asked to prioritise requests and keep these to a minimum to ensure quick facilitation of the draws.  A fee of $20.00 (incl GST) per request will be charged.  If a request cannot be accommodated the School will not be charged.

Remember:  while every endeavour is made to accommodate your request these cannot always be guaranteed due to conflicting opposition requests and/or draw constraints.
